End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Crownsfall ("the Game"). By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Game
• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or automation tools
• Circumvent security or access controls
• Copy or distribute game assets
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without permission

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in Crownsfall — including code, art, audio, lore, and branding — belong to Crownsfall Team or its licensors. You do not own the Game or any virtual items within it.

4. Virtual Goods

Virtual items and currency:

• Have no real-world value
• Are licensed, not sold
• May be changed or removed at any time
• Are non-refundable except where required by law

5. Updates

We may update, patch, or modify the Game at any time. Updates may affect gameplay, progression, or system requirements.

6. Online Service

Crownsfall may require an internet connection. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Preservation of data or progress

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

• Violations of this Agreement
• Cheating or exploiting
• Harmful behavior toward others
• Legal or security concerns

You may stop using the Game at any time.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of virtual items
• Indirect or consequential damages

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
