Welcome to Crownsfall, an online browser-based game operated by Crownsfall Team ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Crownsfall ("the Game", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to play Crownsfall.
• If you are under the age of majority in your region, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You may not use the Service if you are barred from receiving digital services under applicable law.

2. Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

• Copy, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Game

4. Virtual Items & In-Game Currency

Crownsfall may include virtual items, cosmetics, or in-game currency ("Virtual Goods").

You acknowledge that:

• Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value
• Purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
• We may modify, rebalance, or remove Virtual Goods at any time

You do not own Virtual Goods; you receive a limited license to use them within the Game.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in behavior that:

• Harasses, threatens, or abuses other players
• Attempts to impersonate staff or other users
• Disrupts gameplay or server stability
• Violates any applicable laws
• Uploads malicious code, cheats, or exploits

We reserve the right to enforce penalties, including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

6. Game Updates & Changes

Crownsfall is an evolving live service. We may:

• Add, modify, or remove features
• Patch bugs or exploits
• Reset progress when necessary for balance or technical reasons

You acknowledge that gameplay experience may change over time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Crownsfall — including artwork, code, characters, lore, UI, audio, and branding — is owned by Crownsfall Team or its licensors.

You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute game assets
• Create derivative works without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without authorization

8. Third-Party Services

Crownsfall may integrate with third-party services (e.g., login providers, analytics, payment processors). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or actions.

9. Data & Privacy

We collect and process information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Game, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined there.

10. Disclaimers

Crownsfall is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including availability, performance, error-free operation, or compatibility with your device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted gameplay or that the Service will be free of bugs or security vulnerabilities.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, these limits apply only to the extent permitted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crownsfall Team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Game, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.

13. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Crownsfall at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruption or shutdown.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
